What a fun place to visit! From Oak Harbor with its Navy base to Coupeville, known for movies being filmed there, Whidbey Island is just a great place to visit.

If you love roller skating, drive in movie theaters, great seafood, fishing or just love a country drive on America's second longest island (second only to Long Island), then it's worth the drive or the ferry cost to get here. Trust me, it's all worth it!

My parents lived on Whidbey Island back in the late 80s. They lived there for 5 to 6 years. It's a beautiful, peaceful, and fresh little Island with greens everywhere. It's an island, alright. It hit home.

Beautiful place that's for sure. The only downside is that everything cost a bit more on the island. A fun place to visit out there is Fort Casey. The whole island is a photographers paradise starting with the ferry ride ending wherever you like.
