I visited the store to look into pricing and frame availability for my first pair of prescription sunglasses. I was very happy with the selection and pricing. The young lady was very helpful, especially when she asked if I had insurance. I was only shopping but ended up buying a pair at a fantastic price. I am looking forward to their arrival. I have heard about Warby Parker but skeptical about ordering inline. The in store availability was fantastic.

Booked a next day appointment on a whim and couldn’t be happier with my experience! The staff immediately greeted me and checked me in, as I waited for my appointment they helped give me some recommendations on new frames and pulled wider versions of the display glasses for me to try on as well.

Dr. Salameh was amazing during the exam, she explained every step of the appointment and the adjustments she made to prescriptions. She also gave me great and honest feedback around my questions on potentially getting contacts.

Following the appointment the staff helped me quickly order new glasses with my new prescription. I never thought it was possible to leave an eye appointment with a smile on my face and dilated eyes lol!

Can’t recommend Warby Parker enough; their quality, prices, and online interface are perfect. Plus this Darien location is a home run; 10 out 10 experience!
