Very helpful young man. I needed some type of straps to help quiet the soft side cargo carrier on my car. Never having to use one before, found it intolerably noisy. Even though he wasn’t open in his department he assisted me and showed me how the ratchet straps worked. After trying to put them on for some time I had to return to the store and get assistance from him. He willingly helped me get situated and attached the straps properly. So thankful for his help and the quiet once again. As I left the store I let management know how much he helped me and how much I appreciated it.

They made me have to get a hotel and wait for 2 days to get tires replaced that are covered under my Road Hazard Warranty. They made me buy a new warranty on both tires and lifetime balance and rotation even after I said that I would NEVER use Walmart again. Then I had to pay a pro-rated price on the new tires based on tread. Did I mention that my old tires were 3 weeks old and had all the tread. Walmart as a company sucks!! They cheat us because they can. We let them cheat us and even if we do complain as I did they don't care. Sam Walden would have NEVER allowed this treatment.

Manager sucks, walked away, couldn't find an order, rude and not helpful. Refused to call someone else to help, I ended up cancelling order. Not worth the aggravation just to save a buck. Went local and got exceptional service for a few bucks more. Worth it...

First car there, literally no one else till I checked in. They got busy right after. That is no excuse for it taking an hour for an oil change and NOT replacing the air filters as requested. Only go if you have hours and willing to get incomplete service.

I had to get two new front tires because they were getting bald. Very quick and efficient service to get you back on the road, it took them about 35 minutes to finish everything. It costed me about 150$ which includes the tire rotation, balance, etc!. Definitely call before going in to make sure they have the tires you need because it is a first come first serve with their tires.

Had a bulge in my tire and desperately needed a replacement. I called ahead and they had the tires in stock. They're hours said they were open until 7pm, and I told the tech I would be there right before 7. He said "be safe". I changed out to the donut and rushed there and arrived at 6:45, just to find out they decided to close an hour early.

Went to get an oil change at 2 pm and the guy said they were closing and he couldn't do it. I pointed out that their website says they close at 7. His response is that they've never been open that late and the website was wrong. Closing at 2!!! this place is awful.
