My Ukrianian-Italian husband had his photos and fingerprints done here after arriving here from Italy for his Green Card paperwork and it went so quickly. We arrived there 5 minutes early and were leaving at the time of the appointment because of how smoothly and quickly it went. We were very happy!

I had a biometric appointment for Canadian tourist visa. It was a winter storm on the day of the appointment so could not make it. Nobody picks up the call at this office. I go there next day and plead my case. My application will be null and void if I don't provide biometric in a month and the appointment slots are full for the next 2-3 weeks. I request for a walk in. They is literally no one there, the entire process takes less than 5 mins. The amount of time the staff spent in coming out and refusing my request I could have given my fingerprints by then. They insist I should get another appointment it will all be "okay" no need to worry. I do as they say and lo and behold my application is denied. Now will USCIS refund me the $185 application fee. Is there no space for considering special circumstances or are we all machines who lack any kind of sensitivity or empathy. Absolutely aghast. Obviously there is no one to complaint to now and I have to simply be content with writing this review which I am not sure they even bother to read.

I had my Naturalization Interview today. Officer Garrett was so friendly and accommodating totally opposite from the last Officer during my green card application. Everything is smooth the moment I enter the building and it took less than an hour.

This is the most unprofessional organization I have ever encountered. As an actual US citizen, I am appalled at the treatment of individuals who come to this facility. The guard at the door is extremely rude to everyone coming in the building. After reading MANY similar reviews about this individual, I’m surprised his behavior is allowed to continue. I would not want that to be the first experience people have when entering my establishment! I was accompanying a friend to this facility, and we were told by her attorney that it was OK to have someone with her, and he rudely told me to go wait in the car. He was rude to everyone we saw there. There is a way to conduct business without being rude and unprofessional, and the guard at the front door does not understand that concept. He has no business working there

It’s been almost a year now that my husband and I went for an interview, no decisions has been made since we don’t get anything from USCIS at this point we don’t know what to do, I got my citizenship their as a Military member things were smooth but when I comes to my family members it takes years , can someone guide us 🤦🏾‍♀️

Me & my husband had our interview on Valentine’s Day for Adjustment of status. and our officer Mr.Espinal was very nice! Not to mention their friendly security staff & a front desk lady. Our experience was a great Valentine’s Day gift for us. Overall I’m very satisfied working with USCIS. The whole process was quicker than I expected!
