A little rude at first but after the guy calmed down he was helpful and friendly. A little spiteful today so I'm posting the photos I took. I stopped once asked. Though when I was demand that I "put away the camera" I was texting. Heads up they don't like people taking pictures on the inside. They should probably put up a sign. However, more importantly there furniture is nice and the prices aren't bad.

Went in twice in the last week and worked with 2 associates. Both were incredibly nice, accommodating and helpful. We got a new couch, ottoman and a dining room table and couldn’t be happier. We will definitely go here whenever we need furniture in the future- you all were awesome
The delivery guys were great too! Thank you so much 💜

Some pretty but also many outdated items. Also some really weird combinations. Especially in the kids department. Kind of just thrown together.

What a wonderful company this is. I purchased a nice mattress several years ago. It developed a lump in the middle, it was still under the warranty. The mattress had been discontinued, so they replaced it with A Better One! I love The Home Center!

We purchased a bedroom set and was very happy with the quality and price. The staff is very friendly. When we were leaving, I saw a love seat and chair that was just gorgeous! We were not shopping for that though. But my husband, seeing the excitement on my face and the price tag, bought me them too! We will shop here for all future purchases.

I'm a very large guy, standing over 6.5 feet, as it happens I've got a spinal disease that has become a very big problem recently; so my wife and I were looking at getting a recliner to try and get some relief. The salesman/manager who was helping us along with another sales person who was there managed to convince us we could have a custom-built recliner that would work great for my needs. Said it'd be about a month until it was done and we could come get it then.
- After three weeks we didn't hear back from them and so called a couple days after it should have arrived and were told that they'd forgotten to load it on the truck. We said okay and they told us they'd deliver it to our home the next week at no charge.
- The next week we called a couple of days after it was supposed to be delivered and they told us they weren't sure where the chair was. We said we'd call back next week.
- The following week we called again and still it wasn't there and they didn't know where it was. It was at this point; now a little more than six weeks later that we cancelled the chair since no one seemed to know where it was or even if it'd been built yet.
- Nearly three weeks after that we get a phone call that tells us our chair is in and we can come get it; this in the form of a message. Once we got home we called and reminded them that we cancelled the order three weeks before and they said they had no record of that. Then someone else called and again we explained what had happened and again reminded them that we cancelled.
- Three days after that, they called and said we should come look at the chair cause "it's a real keeper"... So we've gone from getting NO contact to getting harassed. Not even a courtesy call saying something like "Sorry, we're not sure where your chair is, we're trying to contact the manufacturer now," just nothing while the chair was late.
On a personal note, I happened to do business with them once prior to this event and wasn't real happy with that either, to the point that I'd been reluctant to go down again. But, with my back damaged more than it's ever been the thought of driving out of town to look for furniture was enough to make me hope the last time had just been a fluke. It wasn't. I'll never go back again and I would encourage anyone thinking of purchasing something from here to make sure they're buying something that's in-stock and EXACTLY what they want. Also, withholding your phone number may be the way to go.

I purchased a queen size mattress and paid cash. When i paid out right for the mattress set my brother-in-law went to pick up my mattress that i purchased and he was told that another associate had sold the one that I had already paid for. I ended up with a mattress that i did not pick our nor did i pay for. I was not given a discount at all either. A couple of months later i thought i would give it another chance and decided to purchase a sofa and a chair to fit into my smaller place. When i put the $100 down i was never told that the payments would be coming directly out of my banking account. I was also not told that the financing would be going through a 3rd party. I wasn't aware of this until i went to pick the furniture up after i had already signed and paid the $100 cash. Also, the chair that i purchased already had down feathers poking out of it which is extremely uncomfortable. I have purchased furniture from other furniture stores where i where i am told the contract at the very beginning before i even give them any money. The other places also do free delivery for me. I would really like to speak with a manager about giving this couch and chair back and getting a refund as i was misguided in my purchase.
