This place is a joke. They load one truck at a time and it takes like 2 hours. Your appointment time doesn’t mean anything, mine was at 8pm and I checked in at noon. I was early, they told me to leave and go to a truck stop. Came back at 9pm still no door, they said they were running late. It’s now midnight and still no door. 1 truck has been in a door for the last 2 hours! This is the problem with the trucking industry, places like this don’t care about drivers time! There are no facilities for drivers her except a disgusting port a John. And the employees are not only slow, they have a very “I don’t care attitude”

Checked in at noon and it's 7pm. Super slow. Ignore you when you walk up to the window. After getting loaded plan to wait at least another hour for the ladies to do the paperwork. Only good thing is they had a basket of free apples, which was kind & appreciated.

0900 appt. Loaded by 1100 and when I went back for my praper work, the shipping clerk skipped me ahead of everyone else who had been waiting in line lol. There sure are a lot of sob stories in the reviews for this place. I'm thinking they're mostly exaggerated. If you don't like waiting this isn't the career for you. Get over it or save it for the truck stop cafe when you're all sitting around trying to out bs each other.

It's a great place to load if you are needing a restart or out of hours. Bring your lunch and dinner you will need them. On the good side they do have a free scale and on the contrary to others found the people friendly.
