The owner is a no nonsense, tell-it-like it is kinda guy, saving you time AND money! If you need emotional hand holding so your feelings don't get hurt, you might want to go somewhere else. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and eager to help over the phone with future installation questions. We will definitely be returning.

Have a food truck, the owner is very knowledgeable and helpful with propane connections. You can tell he's got a lots of connections experience, able to make a connection on site. He's the first I found in the thus Seattle area with such amazing service. If you have connections issues, go here first. Have a great day

Phenomenal customer service. I called asking about paintball Co2 refilling and was informed they do in fact fill 20oz paintball tanks. For a good price as well. Said I'd head that way. Was surprised when I got a call back to let me know that he'd be out of the office for an hour or so and didn't want me to make a trip to find out he wasn't there. Much appreciated. Very friendly and informative with various questions I had about getting a refilling station set up at home. Definitely recommend and would give 10 stars if possible.

I have a 1994 c class RV and a supplier in gram jammed a screwdriver in my propane valve to try to get it to shut. Chris was great as he helped me with a new adapter to repair my tank and made sure that it filled properly and did not leak. Chris went above and beyond to call of duty to help me today and let me replace my battery when it died in his parking lot. One thing after another. He was very understanding.

You'll be my supplier for propane and supplies from now on.

Worse service ever. I watched as this man was rude to every person that walked into his store. He told me he did not have any parts that would fit my situation. He is totally uninformed and knows very little about propane. I picked up my parts at Tractor supply, hooked up my device and was up on and running in 30 minutes. Based on my experience, Do not go to this establishment as they know absolutely nothing about propane or propane connections.

I cannot understand all the positive reviews unless they were written by family and friends. This was the WORST customer service of my life. First we spoke on the phone with them to see if they could provide the service we needed. "Chris" said yes, no problem, get the orifices our grill needed, bring in the grill or orifices in, and he would drill them for us. His fee was $50/ per hour if we brought the grill in (which we were happy to pay) or $10 per orifice. We loaded up and brought in our grill in no less than 3 times. The "employee" Chris, who seems to have attendance problems as he wasn't there the other three times we went despite being told he was there on Friday-Sunday. Finally, we were able to talk with Chris in person and he said he wouldn't work on our grill because it had been used. "He didn't buy this business to get all greasy." He was extremely rude and abrupt. Apparently $50 an hour isn't enough to provide customers the service he said that he would. As a business owner, he should know how to speak to people. At the rate of $50/hour, I should think a little grease is a small sacrifice. With this kinda service and attitude, I should think Chris won't have to worry about getting greasy for much longer in the future.

Great locally owned company, I just had a 7 gallon bottle filled, the price was lower than anywhere else in town, the guy that he helped me was very friendly and inviting. I was in and out quickly and he even loaded the heavy propane tank into my truck for me. Overall a great experience and would highly recommend
