Holy yums!! This deli is amazing. I got the Godfather and it was delicious. They also have hot food items like eggplant parm. The staff is extremely nice as well.

First time here. I walk in order a large Regular grinder. Guy at counter replies with utter confusion claiming he’s never heard of that… Every REAL Italian place I’ve ever dined at knows what regular salami is! I was given Genoa salami which I do not like. The guy made me feel like an idiot acting like I don’t know what I’m talking about but in reality he’s an idiot and shouldn’t be working there if he doesn’t know what a REGULAR grinder is!!!!

Have been going here for 20 years, and sad how small the portions are, and prices have gone up like crazy.
Got a chicken parm eggplant combo as I usually do, twice in one week, and barely any filling in it.
The second time, I even called to order and asked if they can fill it up a bit more than last time. $12 for a hard roll. They don’t care about their customers.
There are better deli’s like Bradley and wall in Madison, and old school house in Madison.

Horrible. Thin/shaved ham sandwich sliced so thick it was inedible and had no flavor. $10 down the drain. "The Godfather" sub also tasteless, she barely forced down half and couldn't even eat the second half it was so bad.

I've been going to Saldamarco's for over 25 years! Back in the day when Andy Saldamarco was alive ( I think he passed in 2019-2020?) I have NEVER HAD A BAD/WRONG GRINDER ordered here! Tommy D.(the current owner has a great staff! considering it tough to get good help) My go to is the Morgan Huskey,Godfather,Sinatra, Italian combo...Any and ALL sides sausage and peppers, Panini's Caprese salad etc! NEVER A BAD MEAL/ORDER or "rude" deli people! You drive by at 1;30 pm and parking lot STILL packed! so how is it bad?

Gave me the wrong subs when I picked up my call in order because they dont take names to keep their staff in order, staff had an attitude when i brought them back. As an ironworker the last thing I need on my day off is a bad attitude from sandwich “boys”. Go elsewhere. f these people. Classic New yorkers

I tried the chicken cutlet on a hard roll with BBQ/L/T. I was very pleased and would definitely come back.
