It's ok, they have better quality than the average Amazon shoes, but they don't have as much fancier looking shoes as Red Wing though. Their may be an older person that's soon to retire still choosing a decent amount of the styles, but the lady that works their is a nice lady, so I gave them an extra star for that.

The store sales lady was rude and did not try to assist me. I could see a lot of new shoes in the next room and asked her if there was a size up in any of the total of 3 shoes I had to choose from and she wouldn't even look. When I asked her to please make a copy of my sales receipt, she mumbled and then asked me if they had copy machines at work. I do not recommend the milford store at all.

The service here is the best!!! Staff is willing to go the extra mile to get the boots you need. Bought an expensive pair of Keen boots and I wore a hole in the soles in less than a year. She stood by her product and guarantees them. If she doesn’t have the boot you want she will try her hardest to find them. Top notch professional! SMALL JOINT BUT THEY HAVE QUITE A BIT OF A SELECTION AND YOU CAN GET SHOE’S OR BOOTS FROM THEIR CATALOG AND THEY WILL SEND TO YOUR HOUSE FOR FREE WITHIN A DAY OR TWO. AS FOR THE PRICES A LITTLE ON HIGH SIDE BUT I THINK THEY SEEM FAIR CONSIDERING HOW BAD BIDEN SCREWED UP EVERYTHING.
