This was my first visit. The sales associate took me out back to show me what the different grades of lumber looked like. Yard man loaded up my truck. The cedar was rough cut, but full dimensions. It's a little extra work for my project, but better results. Also, cheaper than the big box stores.

I originally had some issues with their l “rustic” pickets as the waste was not even close to the published value of 15%. Josh in sales was nice enough to work with his management to help me out and I was able to return the other junk. For reference on my
order of 115 rustic pickets, I only got 33 usable pickets. This is really a vendor issue and not really their fault— During the peak of picketing this summer, I had the same thing happen at HD and Lowe’s. I appreciate them a lot for remediating the situation even given the no-return policy. Thanks guys! I will be a returning customer.

As a landscape contractor, he helped me price out a pergola multiple times for a client and was always super happy to help me out. The knowledge and expertise of the crew is top notch.
