They won't sell you anything you don't need.

Bleeding disc brakes? Adjusting suspension pressure? Wheel repair? Etc, etc. These guys know how to do it all.

This place is awesome! So many other bike shops told me off when I asked for a tune up, saying it would take weeks! Well, I called this spot and they were so willing to work with the timeline I needed. I realized and acknowledged that it was my own fault for not getting my bike in sooner when I needed it on a Friday and turned it in on a Tuesday. This spot was so helpful and got it done for me by Thursday afternoon. So nice & great timeline. Y’all are the best. I will bring my bike back and tell everyone about you!!

Great experience during my first visit. My bike needed quite a bit of maintenance and they turned it around in one day. I can’t believe how much better it rides now. Highly recommended!

Ok so here’s the deal I really really wanted to like this place I have bought probably a thousand dollars worth of labor and stuff from them the issue is I have been sold stuff that didn’t work with my bikes or the issue i brought it in for wasn’t fixed this last weekend dude named mike insinuated I had stolen bikes and that was my final straw will not be suggesting this place to anyone and will never be coming back. GG good luck at winter park next year.

Goodness I love this bike shop. Every time I go in they are so friendly and helpful. This is my first full season mountain biking so I’m still learning about bikes. I went in to get a tuneup and my brakes checked, and the guy helping me the first time noticed that my shock sag was pretty low and asked if I had put air in it. I told him I have no idea how to do that so I never do. He had me bring my shock pump in when I came to pick my bike back up and Jason spend 25 minutes with me showing me everything / looking up what the best PSI’s are for shock, bladder and rebound. He was super straight forward and didn’t try to mansplain anything at all lol. I’ve never written a google review before but this definitely deserved one.

Yes, I got a great deal at a great price point, but the education provided to me by Mike was by far the most valuable part of the transaction.
