Can't beat the price for such a nice location. Lots of tables and chairs to arrange to your liking with full service kitchen. Great venue with public parking across the street.

Attended a 50th Anniversary celebration. No parrking, must find a spot on side street. Large crowd neccesitated a long walk to event. A small facility- assembly room, kitchen & restrooms. Very clean, excellent catering. Large crowd made for a noisy event. Unsure of facility capacity, but this group neared that threshold. Parking is only negative

We rented the place the other day for my friend’s birthday. As soon as we walked in we saw total FILTH. We texted to let them know of the situation and they responded with “thanks for letting us know”, which meant that they didn’t inspect it prior to us going in. Because we didn’t want to decorate with the place looking the way it was, we cleaned up and proceeded. After the party, we cleaned up so we can get the deposit back. After following up on when we would get the deposit back, they responded and said that we weren’t getting it back. They said that they did an inspection prior to us coming in and they did another inspection the day after we used it. They showed us a picture of the floor scratched up and and they said that we left a table in the kitchen. It was so silly. The table was left where we saw it when we got in. Also, we did not scratch the floor up. Had they done a pre-inspection, they would have seen how filthy the floors were and they would have seen that it was impossible to see through the filth on the floor to see any scratches. Instead, they thanked us for letting them know. These ladies who were in-charge of lending us the place had no pride and no integrity. I would not recommend for anyone to rent this place for anything. If i could give negative stars, I would, for the sake of those who would even think of doing business with them. Please be warned.

If you need a space that is kind of a blank canvas with a functional kitchen, this place is great. Price is great for the whole day. The only down fall is parking is across the street and it's on the street.
