Worst purchasing experience. Of anything. In life. Let's start at the top - don't call the phone number listed on line. No one is assigned to answer it. There is no way to leave a message. They know this. They shrug their shoulders and say they are too busy to answer phones or to engage voicemail. The sales people, while wonderfully friendly and accommodating cannot assist with anything regarding the mechanics of products. Which would not be a problem if there were advisors on staff to answer technical questions. If it were an S N L skit, their back office would be hilarious. Complete disorganization, antiquated systems and seemingly no one at the helm. Their products are beautiful and highly rated but if you're buying, pray that you never have problems after purchase because the likelihood of assistance is less than zero. Buy elsewhere if you can but if this is your only option, do your homework and buy simple/highly rated products because any subsequent assistance will have to come from the manufacturer. This place is basically good for taking your money and moving you along.

the WORST! I worked with this company to finish several bathrooms and would NEVER recommend them! Their sales associates are not knowledgeable... they forget conversations - when they are off, your orders are lost - they can't find orders - they don't do "spec" books to help organize your project - back customer service was extremely rude to me and my builder... it was such a disappointing experience! The week I was supposed to install toilets - they hadn't even included the necessary items so we couldn't install basic toilets.
IF you need to walk in and buy 1 item - you know exactly what you need and don't mind rude customer service - then you will be ok.
IF you are spending thousands of dollars and hope to have added value by a shopping at a local store - SKIP it and go online!
