Great little shop on the way to Enumclaw/Crystal Mountain. They have a huge selection of fresh and frozen meats. They also have family/variety packs you can buy. Going to be my default stop on my way into town. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.

I have a 5 star problem. I bought one of your marinated tri-tips (1.5lb). I didn't do a damn thing to it. Put in the sous-vide at 140 for 6 hrs, let it cool, put it in the fridge. Next day, °450 open flame on the pit boss. 1 minute turn, 1 minute flip. Repeat and eat. It was so tender and beautiful. What the hell am I supposed to eat for Rest of my life?! Huh?! I love you guys!😋

I had two steers slaughtered in December. Mike and his two lady crew were fantastic. It was so quick and efficient that it left us just amazed. We got are meat back a couple of weeks later wrapped exactly as we requested. I also ordered some teriyaki sticks and jerky made. The sticks are delicious, I love those. The jerky has a little too much smoke for my taste, but my wife and son say it is the best. Thanks for helping us out.

I LOVE this place! It's about 35 miles away, but anytime I'm in the area, I make it a point to stop in. Got some country style ribs, twice baked potatoes, and a bag of beef knuckles for our 3 dogs yesterday. Everyone is ALWAYS welcoming, the store is always clean, and their prices are very competitive with other meat markets! Keep up the great work, folks!

Wow! These folks were highly recommended, and they delivered! We had 40 lbs each of smoked brisket, pulled pork and the most delicious, marinated and grilled chicken for my son's wedding this past weekend. Thanks to Chef Ky Loop for picking everything up and preparing the sides to go with this wonderful feast. Special shoutout to Darci with Hanny's Homestyle Catering that made this whole thing happen. This place has the most stunning, tasteful, flavorful snack mix and regular Jerky I've tasted in along time. Can't wait to get more. And also plenty of room. For big rigs. Well 1 or 2 at a time lol
