The best service I’ve had! The woman at the front desk was very welcoming and straight to the point! She then sent us to Ms.Tina who was the best help ever! She’s was so kind and funny! I was here on PCS business and they exceeded all the help that I needed.

We started our shipment process around 3 weeks prior to our PCS. We sent all the paperwork for a fast pass appointment since the drop off was around 3 hours from where we live. We had to resend documents several times because the contact “never received them”. We resent paperwork that was again “missing” on Friday and we were bringing the car down on Monday. We received no update on our process and when my husband arrived for his appointment the fast pass indeed was “not complete” and the appointment took him well over 2.5 hours. Another issue was the car is in my name not his, he is the service member. But on the VPC website, we were directed to, there is a section that states that no letter is needed from the spouse as long as the spouse is on the orders. Yet again there was confusion and we had to get an acceptable letter to the staff member after an hour and a half had passed of this appointment. Needless to say the car was accepted but this was a much more stressful process than I think it needed to be. My advice is start very early and keep on them for updates because emails/voicemails were rarely answered.

UPDATE:
We dropped our car at this location and then one month later discovered that it hadn’t been shipped yet and was taken to Baltimore. 🤨 Curious why we weren’t instructed to take it to Baltimore ourselves which would’ve been a lot closer for us. Now, 5 months after we left the US, our car has finally arrived. The gas tank is completely empty (dropped off at 1/4 per instructions) and the battery was dead. My advice is to avoid this establishment at all costs. The staff was highly unreliable and confused on the entire process. Not sure how that happens when this is what this office is for but next time I would rather not ship my car than deal with the hassle of this so called VPC. Save yourself the hassle and use another hopefully more put together VPC.

20 year veteran, second time shipping a POV out of the country. The staff here was very friendly, professional, and helpful. I felt very fortunate having them as my crew. I scheduled an appointment at 1000 on a Tuesday and the center was relatively empty. Uber picked me up right at the center. Thank you VPC for your assistance in getting my POV off station!

I had an appointment scheduled with FastPass already completed, but I decided to do a walk-in appointment the day prior for personal reasons. I arrived right when they opened, and was immediately greeted by a polite gentleman who did the initial inspection. Everyone I encountered after that was also courteous and helpful. The process was extremely simple and low-stress. Watch the tutorial video for turn-in a few times and make sure you do the basics: get your paperwork in order, keep the fuel below a 1/4 tank, clean the car, and don't have any recalls. Great experience.

They have the best customer service ever!! Everyone was so very helpful!! Especially being I have been so stressed about getting my son his car to him to his first duty station in Alaska!! Ms.Pat is so freaking awesome!!
