As a resent New Martinsville Pharmacy member the many friendly people working there has been a blessing to me for my wife and our medical needs. Not only have they have they been friendly but calls me by my name and knows before I do my needs in getting our prescriptions done as quickly as possible. EXACTLY what a hometown pharmacy should be! Extremely kind, courteous, and professional staff - they care about their customers and know us by name… often times asking about our families. We are always greeted with smiles as we enter. The store is also very well laid out and kept very clean… top-notch facility!! I highly recommend stopping in and visiting our hometown folks.

They really don't know what they are doing especially with people who have two insurance plus one of their techs her name is Stephanie is very rude does not have customer service skills and don't know how to talk to people Imy husband and I will never go back here again. No matter what. I'd give zero stars but that's not an option.
