HORRIBLE PLACE TO GO TO FOR A PICKUP!!! Got here on a Friday at 4:30pm, gate was locked and closed. Stayed and waited until morning, opened at 0700, first in line and got into a door around 0800 due to their system being down. It’s currently 1000 and I’m still at the dock door. Place is extremely slow and nobody seems to want to be here nor do they want to work. Avoid this place at all cost. Will update as the day goes.

Can come an hour early to pickup load. Had 0800 appointment got here at 0735. Didn’t get in until 0815. Only 2 trucks ahead of me. Slow in the guard shack.

Got a door 20 mins later. Took them 2.5 hrs to load. Now in this line to get paperwork. Been in line 15 mins already.

Delivery this evening at 1700 in Dunn NC.

The reason they got 3 stars is because 2 regular bathrooms inside.

Axle out on scales on site.

From I 295 better to take us 360 all the way to RT 30 (King William Rd) and make right then right on 613 Dunluce.

If you come that way there’s a little fuel stop easy to get in if your timing is right at the corner of US 360 and art 30.

Turn into Fuelstop from US 360 then leave the Fuelstop to hit rt 30. (If you’re going to stop at the Fuelstop).

Never again. Arrived for an FCFS at 1430. Waiting in line against the fence for 2.5 hours with 10 other trucks. Finally got a door. 3.5 more hours to get loaded and green light. Never again

On site scales are broken as of Nov 24.

Got here at 12:06pm loaded me at 6 pm it’s currently 8pm and still waiting for BOL

I am literally impressed. I arrived here at a little before 5:30 p.m. for a 7:00 p.m. pickup. It's 10:30 pm by the time it's done. I must commend whoever is loading my truck because one must assume that they're loading all 46,000 lbs by hand. I've was docked for over 3 hours and only noticed the shaking signs of life once every 15 or 20 minutes...People at the front gate seem pleasant enough but it all goes downhill from there. Throw your plans out the window once you arrive because you're going to be here for a while in a constant state of confusion and disappointment.

Got in to drop an empty & pick up a loaded. Security staff are wonderfully pleasant. As for the load that was supposed to be ready the day before, at the time of this review, I have been staged in front of the trailer for almost 5hrs waiting for them to finish. The few times I've tried checking the "delightful" woman at shipping window has been inundated with disgruntled drivers wondering what is up. She continues to inform me, they're loading you. I disagree but I digress. The delay has also put me directly in the path of the coming hurricane which I would have been able to dodge had I not lost 5hrs if my day staring at my windshield.

I've been truck driving for about 21 years now all up and down the east coast and this is by far the worst location to have to deal with when it comes to picking up your load. They do not communicate with brokers when they are hours and hours behind I've been in the door for 4 hours it's now 7:00 p.m. the load was scheduled to be picked up at 11:00 a.m. "and was to be a drop and hook"🤣 by far the laziest people on a dock I've ever been to worse than UNFI avoid this cheap freight at all costs

Just ridiculous! The company I drive for is supposed to have a drop and hook agreement that is rarely fulfilled. Seems they only load one trailer at a time, so be prepared to wait hours for loading even if immediately assigned a door. I arrived at 9:50 am and didn’t leave until 1 pm for a straight pallet load.
