"UPDATE AT THE END" I picked this place from a recommendation and reviews, I see a lot of people with great reviews and really satisfied with this company, but this has been the single worst experience with a company and trying to get something done I've ever had. 5 months and still waiting on two small removable bow rails for my bow fishing lights. Time frame was 2-3 weeks initially.
4-11-19 dropped boat off, he came up with a design with removable mounts and said 2-3 weeks, give a call in 2 to check
4-26 I called, said would be next week
5-8 called and said would be done Friday 5-10
5-10 Three hour drive, arrived and saw they are direct bolted and no removable mounts, rails did not follow gunnel, corners did not match boat, looked terrible and not at all what he talked about. He was very apologetic and said would make it right. Remeasured and I took the boat home, told me he offered to ship them and would get right on it.
5-16 I called and left a message with the secretary to call me for an update
5-23 Still no call, I called back and was told he was on a tractor outside and would call me back. Did not
5-24 I called and was told he was out of town on vacation and would be back Tuesday 5-28 and would call me back
6-2 Still no phone call
6-11, I called, finally got ahold of the owner, rails not built yet but would get right on them and ship them to me
7-1 Still no light rails and no phone call
8-8 Owner called me said rails built, but said couldn't ship because too expensive, will contact me the week of 8-12 to have a friend meet me closer to home
9-5-19 Still no phone call or update.

After post was contacted by Owner, and would get them to me ASAP and was apologetic for the missed communication and the delay.
(READ UPDATE) 9-27-19 Moubray & Company Received the bow light rails as promised by Randy. To be honest I am very impressed with the quality and the fitment of these rails. They are exact and fitment was perfect, and built them without having the boat.. Bolted right up to previous screw holes and easily removable. Will post pic of the lights on when I mount them. Talked to to Randy and he was very apologetic for all the missed communication and the delay of the rails. In the end he made it right with me when he didn't have to even after my negative review. After it all I would recommend this company, not every company is perfect and things happen, I get it, it's about how you handle it and what you do to make it right and Moubray & Company did that.
