They came out today for an annual inspection. Ryan, our tech, was AMAZING!!! Fast, efficient and very respectful of our house/property!!! The staff at McCrea is always super nice. I had to reschedule because our family picked up a stomach bug and we didn’t want to get the techs sick. They were really nice and appreciative. Love this company and its employees! They are dependable, friendly, knowledgeable and very professional. Highly recommend!!!!

Maddox from McCrea’s Heating & Air Conditioning did an excellent job servicing our HVAC unit. It was due an annual maintenance inspection. He arrived on time and provided texts and phone calls for the appointment. Maddox made some informative recommendations that we followed. McCrea’s is a solid family owned business. Highly recommend.

Our technician, Gary, was incredibly efficient, knowledgeable, thorough and informative. I rarely see customer serve these days at the level that Gary provided. Many thanks for making sure our systems are running well, and for explaining many things to me about our system that I never understood before your visit. McCrea has been servicing our AC & HU for about 18 years. They are very professional on what they do and very dependable. We have a lot of confidence in them. We are extremely pleased with the service provided by Mr.Gary who performed an inspection of our unit 3 days ago. He was very thorough and took photos of unit to show us what some of the problems that need to be clean and the time to show us how to really operate our thermos

Scott was professional and timely. He took the dirty filter out of the unit and brought it upstairs to be disposed of. He also reset my thermostat in my bedroom which will be very helpful. I am never disappointed with his work. He gate an A+ on my books.
