I was giving a second chance to go back to MEC an I've never looked back. I think it's a good place to work like every business it needs improvement but by far I am grateful for the opportunity to work for a great company...

This place is by far the best place I have worked in a while...Great pay, great facility,At mec its loads of fun If u can't have fun at work it's just boring..Really layed back place to work .. Go on put that app in and go see my MEC peeps!!!

This is a horrible place to work if you actually enjoy spending time with your family. They make you work just about every Saturday and 10s Mon-fri. The machines break constantly and no one fixes it. Sorry management.

Worst place to work by far! Starting off the pay is not enough for how much they put into there workers, second of all they hire you saying you work from 6-2 but then turn around and force everyone to work 10-11 hour days and just be ok with that and act as if you don’t have a home life or anything to do other than break your back for them, they won’t work with your schedule what so ever, they enforce you to work on Saturdays every Saturday literally and hire you saying you never work weekends, they have horrible management, over all do not recommend at all!

I worked at the plant for over a year total ..they ended up pointing me for military duty. I asked for months for them to fix it and they never did. Iended up getting injured and having to miss per doctors order due to the fact that I could not put weight on either ankle or foot ..its at this point they fired me with no warning and when asked they said it did not matter for why I missed . I would not reccomend this job to any military service member at all.

Great place to work. Sounds like half the comments about this place are from. Lazy unskilled crybabies. Work is work it’s not supposed to be easy but I forgot we live in 2023.

I worked at MEC for a few weeks, had to leave for personal problems Would go back there in a heartbeat.Thank you for the opportunity to work there!!

This is a absolutely terrible place to work hr has no people skills spends more time outside smoking than in her office.Frank the head guy is ok but his floor supervisor Shawn well everything about him is a joke he don't no how to talk to people and if he has to actually do any work he gets mad and it is also very unsafe place to work just all around not a good place to work.
