Just a bad experience all around, but the most concerning was the incompetence of the LuxWest contractors, and the total lack of appropriate supervision by the LuxWest staff. My project was completed 3 plus years ago, and I am still finding poorly done work, hidden behind walls and in ceilings where they know you won't discover their incompetence for months or even years. I am including the pics below of a mirror that recently fell off of the wall of my kid's bathroom. This was a narrowly averted disaster, that could have seriously injured or killed my toddler. A very heavy, almost 50lb. mirror that was secured to the wall with NOTHING BUT EPOXY. This is inexcusable. The laziness, lack of care, and the creation of a hazard to children all make LuxWest a DO NOT TOUCH business for me.
