Arrived 20 minutes before my appointment and was loaded in about an hour and a half. Load was distributed properly; no issues (@44000 lbs). Parking is limited; wouldn't arrive too early...may be able to park down the street, doesn't seem to be much traffic.

Staff was really nice, the lady's in the front was awesome and the gents loading me were nice when they came to check my temp.... That's as nice as it was.... 1600 appointment and now I'm 5 hours shy of a 10 hour reset... They just started loading me 2100.... Closest place to scale out is at Johnson's corner 15 miles the opposite way I'm going just to see if my weight is good. I needed to make it to SLC Utah by tonight not happening now, I have 7 hours to cover 8 hours of drive time.

I didn't have a problem here. Sometimes when you go into shippers or receivers. Be kind and courteous . You get more bees with honey than vinegar. Use your common sense and your kindness to get the things you want done easily. Don't come in here and being all rude and ugly towards these customers because they can turn you away. Make you wait longer. Being nice is the easy way to go and patient

Jan 2024 Arrived night before for 11 am stayed in yard checked in 1030am empty 1130. Not bad experience at all.

Feb 2025 Things change in a year. Now no parking go park on street ( love the no stopping sign right in front of the entrance so potentially could result in a ticket) and come back at 6am .
Will never come back early again. Maybe late is better

I thought so !!!
Word to the wise don’t come here early thinking you’ll be loaded early or timely matter !!! Appointment at 12 noon, checked in 9:30 AM , got a door at 10:05 AM , no one in the doors waiting but me , 12:30 PM green light , still waiting to start being loaded at 12:30pm . 🦗🦗🦗

After reading the reviews I was a little nervous coming here but very nice guard told me to go park and take paperwork inside. The lady checked me in handed back signed paperwork and said I was good to go as soon as I had a green light . This may be a one off or maybe their unloads are faster than loading but all in all was out of there 45 minutes after docking.

Great place to deliver had a 0900 appointment 09/30/24 arrived at 0800 put directly in a door out the gate at 09:10 no overnight parking available

Loaders need to be terminated, and new staff should come in. My trailer had to be re-worked twice, and even after the 3rd time, my trailer was overweight, but i slid my tandems to 41 feet to make it work.
