My (female) experience at Liberty Honda was not the best. Every single salesman/manager greeted my fiancé (male) first and treated me like an afterthought even though I was the one purchasing a vehicle. When trying to negotiate trade-in value, they were rude and clearly not willing to negotiate at all. It was only after walking out and speaking with a different manager the next day that we were able to get some movement. While ultimately I love my new car, the experience definitely could have been better.

Great place for Honda cars and trucks. Brought my newer Honda Ridgeline into Liberty Honda for warranty service. They were great to deal with, set it up within a week, and got it done. They were happy to do business with me even though I had bought the truck used out of state. Scott, their service advisor, was great to deal with and their communication was exceptional during the repair. Scott also waived their diagnostic fee as he said the issue looked like a warranty repair and didn't feel it was necessary. I love dealing with people like that! For comparison I had tried to work with another Honda dealer in Manchester who wouldn't or couldn't give me an appointment for 2 months (glad I didn't buy a car there), wanted a much higher diagnostic fee up front, and didn't seem all that interested in doing business with me. Liberty Honda was great to deal with and appreciated me as a customer. I usually buy new and would definitely consider them for new or used cars & trucks in the future.
