A week after I was told from a different car place that I could not afford a VW Peak Edition, I found Joey. He explained everything to me, he gave me options that I didn’t even know were possible and he made it happen. The process was easy, I love my car and owe it all to Joey. If you want class and a service department that takes you in when you have a safety issue, you gotta go to Lia VW. I had an issue with my 2024 Taos which became a safety issue. All other dealerships gave me the run around and said 2 weeks out. Devan (Service Advisor) got me in 2 days later, diagnosed the issue and fixed the problem with his master tech. Awesome people who just do their best to make the customer happy!

When looking for my next purchase, I drove all the way from Albany NY to go see Keri. She is the best to work with through the whole process. She was patient and knowledgeable and always came back to me with an answer. Hands down would recommend her to anyone else looking!
