I can’t believe how inexpensive and efficient this service is. As someone who has always lived “on the other side of the mountains” I am shocked and so happy to find that I can rent a dumpster like this in Moses Lake, have it delivered very quickly, fill it up and have it picked up for less than $100. WHAT?! AND the delivery was so quiet I didn’t even hear them come 😂

They like to deny services to my senior handicapped friend, and rather than do a thorough investigation on aex roommates fraudulent claim so he did not have to pay his bill they took my friend to court instead. That's some b.s. customer service. Now he can't have garbage service and the trash piles up and is unsanitary

The Home Center has had over the past full and empty garbage cans left at our store parking lot. We have had to retrieve them off of Broadway from the wind blowing them onto the street. We called Lake side and let them know of the problem. We worked out a schedule when they could be picked up, and out of the blue they showed up earlier than agreed to. Lake city staff took the two we had full of garbage put them on a pick up and said they would empty them. The real exciting part was the communication we had with them and service was welcomed. Good going Lakeside staff. We know who to call when something needs to get done.

Absolute WORST performance i've ever seen. I have to call frequently to get my garbage and recycling picked up. For some reason your drivers don't seem to care if they perform their jobs correctly or not. I'm getting thoroughly disgusted to have to call for pickups. Now you missed my recycling bin again! where do you suggest I put my recycling since my can is completely full, on the ground , in the alley, next to the bin? Would be really nice to have a reliable service to handle our garbage and recycling.

What do you want from a recycling center? It would be nice if they emptied the bins more often. Always end up shoving things around to get my stuff in. Hours are not good if you work and no weekend times. It can be hard to get someone to help you if you have aluminum too.
