I sent in two magazines to be fixed and received two new ones with nothing stating what the initial problem was... I also emailed them asking that and also if these two are covered under the initial warranty or not and haven't heard back from them yet. I mean, I guess it was rectified but the communication is severely lacking
Update: the reason they sent me replacement mags is because they are considered "wearable items" so they don't fix them.... so my question is: why should I trust these two new mags since the ones I sent in were brand new as well?! Is this going to be a thing of me constantly sending them in just to get other ones that don't work?! Is it that expensive to replace a spring or clean out the housing?!

They never answer the phone it’s literally so annoying and when you leave a message they never get back to you! I just want my refund I sent my product out a week ago and still they never got back to me I swear they make me hate them.

Kriss has absolutely top notch customer service. I had an issue with a dealer and they worked really hard on makings right for me. I'll have my new Vector in a few days and I'm not even thinking twice about ordering a Sphinx in the future. There's lots of really good products out there, I think there's is better, and I know they'll take care of me if I have a problem. That's the most you could hope for.
