We have been ignored for years since our original agent passed away. Our bills arrive in the mail after they are due. 2 of our kids policies lapsed and we were never made aware or received any letters, correspondence whatsoever. The last agent we were dealing with was supposed to get back to us the next day and that was March 2022 and it is now January 27, 2023. I don’t know why this has been happening to us. I had to reach out and call the home office today and leave a voicemail for an agent to contact us.

A corrupt corporation, NO values! The agents cheat, lie, ruin peoples lives just to get ahead in their own lives. In the end we all get our day and corrupted agents and corporation will get their day.

This Corporation is terrible, my husband try to cancel his, mine and my kids policies and was never told I (wife) had to sign for my policies, they never try to contact us by phone to make us aware of the mistake. according to them they sent over a letter explaining the error but they sent the papers to the wrong address, this was in October. My husband just got charged again retroactive since October the monthly fee for my policies, and it was all because they didn't change the address, and OHHHH they so CAN NOT change an address correctly, we called, send e-mails and call again in a period of almost a year, and they were not able to change the address, customer service is horrible. we moved more than and year ago, like come on!!!! oh and they had received the surrender documents from my correct address and not even then they were able to changed it.

I am still waiting for them to send me the documents again so I can sign, this is 2 weeks ago so I called again to find out they told me they just finish talking to supervisor and will send out documents to the right address today... I hope they send them today because if they don't and I have to call them again to remind them about the documents I am going to sue them.

What bothers me the most is that they call them self's GOD's People. They just want your money, and will do what ever it takes to make you pay more. is embarrassing, disappointing , messed up that they use God to get to people and be such a fraud.
Please don't waste your money here go some where else..

Based on lack of response from the KofC Supreme Council and State Division I mailed my requests certified. No response was received so I called and was told it was never received. When I advised it was sent certified and we have the certification proof, they found part of the packet filed away. There had been no action. It appeared part of my request was started, but they had no idea who was working on it or what had been done. I have requested to speak to a manager several times, however my calls are not being returned. I would give them a rating of 0 if that were possible. In the meantime, I am sending a complaint through to the Better Business Bureau and seeking legal council.

Cannot access my policy even though I was sent a letter saying the transition to Tennessee happened. Tried to contact the Tennessee office multiple times via website and email with no response. Policy still in Connecticut somehow. Disappointed. Not worth the premium.

One of the most difficult times in my life. The pressure that they put on me was so difficult that some days I couldn’t get out of bed. They are anything but Grace oriented.
