getting here is the worst part, and it wasn't bad at all. if you're unfortunate enough to be with a company that uses copilot for gps, please do not use it to get here, you will suffer needlessly. it really is as simple as taking us 48 all the way here. i took 48 west and luckily i was empty, since there are some huge long grades through the mountains, but the sights were gorgeous. follow the signs saying 48 west and the place will be on your left, there was one sketchy left turn in the tiny little town but it was mostly wide roads. follow the signs to shipping and receiving and check in in the office. i was doing a drop and hook, and there was only one spot for me to drop my trailer, but they allow overnight parking (the lady in shipping and receiving was very nice) and as soon as i hooked up to my trailer, i shut down for the night. it gets very cold here, the low was 8 degrees throughout the night and there was ice everywhere so be careful on the roads. i parked in the southeast corner of the building and it was difficult to get out since there was trailers double parked in front of me. neat little place though, wouldn't mind going back. worst thing was there is pretty much zero signal so i didn't have access to anything that wasn't downloaded and couldn't maintain a phone call.

Attention Semi-Truck Drivers,

If you are delivering or picking up a load at this location, I strongly recommend using US-48 to reach your destination. Avoid relying solely on truck GPS or other navigation systems, as they may direct you through less suitable routes.

US-48 will lead you directly to the main entrance of the company, ensuring a smoother and hassle-free arrival. While there are some mountain stretches with elevation changes, the route is manageable and safe for trucks.

Omg... When you are pulling in off the main road into the business, chances are you are going to see a line of trucks already sitting on the way to the Office. If you are too far away and are blocking the road... Go around and park by the scale and/or to the side of the docks.

There are many warehouses, so you are not skipping anyone and it's not the line anyway.

Once you park. Go check in. You wil need a 903 number... You will then be told after what trailer ### you are and at what warehouse. Warehouse #3 is by the office, but there is a map where the other warehouses are.

That's it. Don't be like me and the ones behind me, so thought the truck line at the entrance is the line.... Then you will be waiting for like an hour, before you realize that you should have simply just checked in... As you watch people pull ahead of you at that point.

Fast loading and unload. Easy check-in for shipping and receiving. Bathroom for drivers in shipping office on left as you come in door. Snack and vending in shipping office. Nice, helpful, and friendly people work here! Thank you.

3 stars only because of the location. It's like 70ish miles of driving from I-64 and all miles make you tired. It is a wide road but there are bunch of curves in these hills. I can imagine how hard driving is over the winter.

Ppl are nice and friendly. A lot of space to back in. Load time - 20min

Super 7 star.. lady in shipping ..loading guy all are professionals and super cool ...loading was super fast they also send directions to broker..I 79 go exit 99 then us 33 & 48to Elkin (double road) then us 219 north goes straight ahead ( 33 goes to right exit) 5 or 6 miles (double road) ...then fallow is 219 north 12 or 15 miles nice calm curvy single road ...you see factory on right side huge ..thanks ..on site scale also

Not a very easy place to get to off the highway. Park to the right near shipping office. Fast loading times

Just did pickup overall experience was great only thing is this place is in the middle of nowhere. Shipping guy was really nice, got loaded in 30 min. Scale on site. Just take US 48 to get here from I 81 or if you are coming from I 79 same road US 48 just don’t leave US 48 otherwise it will be a disaster, for few miles it’s really narrow but after that it’s wide road. Not really rest areas I think overnight parking is allowed but I parked 1.5 mile away at family dollar store. Please be careful on the narrow road
