Tried to use them as a new supplier to the hospitality industry. Apparently copying and pasting billing information provided them is much to difficult. In response to their error they cancelled the order. If you deal in supply critical industries look elsewhere.

Kimes is great! Whenever I need railroad track parts they are there to ship them quickly and without hassle. They also have better prices than my local track suppliers. Customer service is also very friendly.

Company was unable to provide a price or lead time on a simple product, and that after 1 month of wait.
When I called to ask for explications, customer was very rude.
Finally, after several minutes the representative admitted they are no longer able to supply the product.
