I give Kalama Grocery Store hands down 10 stars if they had a ten star rating!!! They have the very BEST meat ever and being a small.town grocery store the prices are way better then Safeway , WinCo,and Walmart!!!! It's fresh and always great priced!!!

I have tried many Persian stores online and Kalamala has the best quality and prices. They respond so quickly if you have a question or concerns and everything they do shows the great care they put in everything they do. I recently had a question about my order and from the time I sent an email until resolution took less than two minutes I really appreciate the hard work and care they put in every step.

This place is endearingly called Kalama Mart by my friends who live here. I have been here dozens of times while visiting from the East Coast. Honestly, as small town markets go, this is easily my favorite in the country, and I travel a LOT. I have to think hard to come up with a negative thing to say about good ol' Kalama Mart, and that is that their bathroom is probably, eternally, indefinitely, out of service, haha. This place is a staple of the town, and if it wasn't there, I would have to drive all the way to Kelso or Woodland for something as simple as eggs. Lastly, I am a steak lover, and for some reason that I can't explain, the ribeyes here are just...better? Maybe it is the WA water? Idk. Anyways, come to Kalama Mart when in the area, it's a sweet little joint. 🤘

Love this little market. Always have quality meats. Employees are wonderful. Good place to get odds and ends. They sell wonderful fresh flower arrangements from Jansen flowers. They also have a new fridge at the front that has good lunch/snack options, including sandwhiches and protein snack packs.

The Staff was more than helpful. When I asked where something was from anyone stocking the shelves, they took me to where the item was while explaining what row and side it was on. The Cashiers are always polite and help if you need anything. The Staff always has a smile. The whole experience is like having Concierge help while shopping. Great people, great selections.

This place sets the top bar for providing for their customers & community. Been in & out of this store, here & there for 20+ years. Great service, friendly staff.
