Yesterday I called at 10am, for what was not an emergency, and by 3pm I had two new chip keys for one auto and a new OEM spec keyless transmitter for another car. Work was skilled, friendly and efficient. Cost, well, not cheap, but good value for the results. Thank you John and your associate, and great to meet Blue the puppy!

Beyond happy with the service! A complete pro at the lost art. Went to a couple different locksmiths that had no idea how to find a key code for me on such an old car but Jonny made it look so easy and found it in no time. Car key works like butter now!!

Man, I really wanted to give these guys 5 stars, but that just wouldn't be honest. Jonny Lock is fine and they got the job done, but I don't think I can confidently recommend them.

Price - the price initially seemed like it may have been a little high, but not outrageous. By the time the job was finished it seemed fair and they didn't ask for more. Payment was super easy. +1 star

Professionalism - John seemed like a good guy and certainly wasn't unprofessional. He had a fair knowledge and worked hard despite facing a challenge. +1 star

Reliability and Promptness - I had called the owner prior to scheduling any job to feel out customer service and judge generally if they'd be a good hire. That all seemed fine, but it did take a while to schedule anything and get the ball rolling. Once they reached out, John came that same day - it was probably early evening when he arrived and then the job wasn't completed by nightfall, so John had to return the next day. Unfortunately, he did not return the next day, but we were in contact and made arrangements for the following afternoon. The job was completed then.

Other stuff - Had the owner came with John the job probably would've been completed the first day, had been less complicated, and there would be a better review. Had this happened, it would've earned my recommendation and I would have been more inclined to hire for additional business.

Overall, this was a pretty average experience; not necessarily a bad one. Hopefully, this helps anyone in need. Good luck!

Jonny lock is the best around! He came to me same day after I lost my key to my Yamaha R1. He was able to get me a new replacement key within 15 minutes and I was able to start the bike and ride it right there and then. Very knowledgeable and professional. 25+ years of experience and it shows. Very passionate and nice… will be recommending him to anyone in need of a locksmith. Thanks again!

After calling numerous places I was referred to Jonny, was told he's local and a very stand up dude. Now when people tell me this I take that with a grain of salt. But, they were right. I had lost my keys and reached out to him. Within seconds I got a phone call back. Very professional and polite. I found my keys and he was still able to help me so that I can get myself a spare just in case this situation happened again. I would recommend this guy to anyone in a Jam. He took my situation very important as I heard he does with all his customers. Hopefully I'm never in another situation but if I am, at least now I have the peace of mind on knowing Jonny will be right there for me once again. Thanks to him and his staff. Awesome guys.
