Useless department. Multiple roads washed out for months with their only updates being "staff monitoring the situation". You guys are the ones who are supposed to fix the roads not just look at them and scratch your heads like idiots.

Solid waste -
Drove in after calling to confirm open. Was told open, get there an hour before closing time and was already closed. Supposedly due to being "short staffed" but we literally called right before leaving. We are out $50 in fuel to drive in (large dump truck) and also out money we will have to pay someone to unload and reload the truck since for truck is needed for our business Monday and YOU ARE CLosED MONDAYS!!

public works manager matt Tyler thinks it's okay to hang up on customers when he decides the conversation is over, piss poor communication skills and honestly didnt resolve anything I had to talk about and kept telling me I was talking in "circles". I've been living in PT almost my whole life and can definitely say people like this ruin the area.
