My parents have Hästens Beds and they swear by them!

I personally have a Swiss Bed.

Consider this: If you spend 30k on a car that you send less than two hours in a day? How much should a Bed be worth that you hopefully can spend 6-8 hours in to help you get into these much needed sleep cycles of Deep Sleep (tissue recovery) and REM Sleep (mental recovery)?

A smart watches with advanced sleep study can be a very helpful tool.

First I want to thank Simone and her Manager they are so kind and really care about getting to know you and talking about why hastens is not just a bed but if you have neck and back injuries like me it is going to be amazing. I 100% recommend going in and seeing for yourself I was sold when I left. It is a investment but Beyond worth it!
