We had our annual awards ceremony in February and it didn’t disappoint. Plenty of space for 400 people easily. Music, lighting, and service was great.

Amazing building, beautiful history and the staff was amazing. But we all agree the food was to die for. The creamy spinach artichoke dip, savory mushroom cream sauce on the herb marinated chicken absolutely mind blowing. I'd recommend anyone who wants to have a time they never forget go to Granby theater

Went back for my second candlelight concert. This location is perfect for this they have the 2 bars and this time had a buffet set up which if we hadn't been cutting it so close on time did to traffic would have considered but got there just minutes before the concert began

Super cute! I can’t believe I’ve never been to this theater before!

We came for a Candlelight concert and really enjoyed it.

Beautiful old venue and parking was super easy in one of the plentiful nearby garages.

Nice bar inside. Bring cash!

I personally love this location. We have attended a couple of different events there and I like the look and vibe of The Granby Theater. Recently we attended a candlelight concert and it was wonderful. Seating could be a bit more comfortable, but otherwise I enjoy the quirkiness of the theater very much.

If you’ve been seeing ads for Norfolk Candlelight Concerts, BUY the tickets. Granby Theater did an amazing job with the set up, seating, and service. The bartenders on either side were fantastic, water was self serve which I preferred. It was an absolutely magical experience.

Granby Theater is in the middle of a classic Norfolk neighborhood with great restaurants and shopping just doors away. I was there for a conference, and break time became an adventure in the surrounding area as there was so much to see and do just a few steps away. There is street parking with a meter available right in front of the theater with a mobile app called Park Norfolk, and the cost is like $3.15 for every 2 hours, I believe.
Inside of Granby Theater, the red carpet entrance leads up to the main area where there were tables set up in several sections, some high tops, and some regular size tables. The stage was set on the lowest area, so wherever you were seated, the stage was visible to you. There are 2 huge bars on both sides of the Theater with every drink imaginable, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. The stage has plenty of room for a presenter, including a huge screen located at the rear of the stage. The sound quality was clear and bright, and the bass could really shake the room. The staff members were courteous and professional and although there was a lack of outlets for my laptop, they made every effort to make the best use of extension cords to make sure that I had power. I really like the atmosphere of Granby Theater.
