I had Fast-Fix put a battery in my wristwatch recently. They did it quickly and did a very good job. I have used them several times in the past and have always been happy with their work. I even paid extra this time to get a 5 year service plan for this watch. My watch needs a new battery every year or so, so I will not need to pay for new batteries for 5 years now.

Please do not go there. I dropped my mom watch for sizing it was working perfectly fine picked it up broken. I went back to ask they told me they change the time ( basically played with it) and wanted to charge me to change the buttery! They probably removed it or broke it to get some extra work. Just do lot trust this place and do not go there: Fraud! Also what we they will respond to this review is a lie! I have now to take the watch and fix it somewhere else.

I had to do battery replacement on several watches. Service was extremely knowledgeable and informative. Within an hour or less I have service completed. The only place I take my watches to for all needs. Adjustments, new bands, battery replacements, and cleanings. Really a top tier place with kind hearted people. They cleaned and fixed my grandfather's watch for his funeral many years ago last minute. I was looking for a fast fix jewelry place and stumbled upon this place online. I called to confirm they would be able to fix my necklace the same day. Not only was the staff very helpful over the phone but when I arrived, they were pleasant and did their best to avoid me waiting long for the repair. They told me an hr but it was about 30-40 minutes because by the time I went to a store close by and returned, my necklace was ready. Thank you!
