Great place for pickup! In and out within an hour with paperwork in hand! Quick at loading very professional great job guys!! Desk lady was super chill and nice don’t know why people say negative things about her.

OMG does the “lady”(?) at the shipping desk ever have a BAD attitude and ZERO PEOPLE (customer) SKILLS! ***Evans Fruit if you are reading this review I STRONGLY recommend you move this employee to a non-customer-contact role. She does your company absolutely nothing positive in her customer interactions and gives you a very black-eye!

Moving beyond “Miss Personality” at the shipping desk, the facility is as follows:
- good parking
- scale on site
- overnight parking
- NO porta-potty that I saw although there may be on somewhere on site.
- easy in/out of docks
- Many “Do this DON’T DO THAT” signs posted threatening driver fines for failure to comply (The Fruit Nazi’s)?

In general, although money and effort have been put into this facility they seem to have lost focus on Customer Service and Respect towards those of us that transport their product to market and keep them employed!

Location has potential but comes across as very TOXIC!

Driver beware and stay safe out there!

Checked in at 8 am was the first truck at the dock. Watched 5 other trucks get loaded and gone then they finally got to me. 4 hours of sitting there then I was finally able to go. Not to mention the secretary was rude and late to work by 10 minutes. Only giving 1 star because they dont have negative stars.

The staff and order there are way above average. Cut my hand accidentally. The gal running the freight desk dressed my baldly cut hand personally. Then at their own inconvenience kept my truck and trailer in the door while the warehouse supervisor drove me without a single complaint to not 1 or 2 or 3 but 4 different places to get my hand stitched up. You just don't run in to that kind of people very often. Bravo for them. I'm in their debt.

Been here many times. They always have my product ready. Usually in and out in less than 1 hour. Office personnel and loaders are very nice people to work with..

Jonni in the office was very nice and the guys did a good job loading. Watch your weight, be sure and scale. Dock is easy to get into.
