Cyclone provided shelving and shower glass doors for my new build home. There were some minor issues with the shower glass door and partition wall the first year and beyond the standard one year warranty mark and cyclone has handled it every time free of charge, and have been very responsive to my concerns. The people in the office and the service techs are all very polite, professional, and helpful. I will be using Cyclone again in the future.

Even though I was not able to make a purchase, the staff here were very pleasant to work with. They took days out of their time to work with me to find what I was needing and kept in constant touch with me. They are very nice, easy to work with, and more than willing to help a potential customer. I would highly recommend this place to anyone and will return myself if I ever have the need.

Highly recommended (amazing Customer Service). Cyclone was brought in to do multiple jobs while building my new house. In all times, they acted professionally and completed the work without issues. I had to recently call them due to some speaker wiring not functioning correctly - turned out to be more an user error 🙂

I was crunched against time and they worked with me to have someone show up the next day. The tech, as always, was friendly and professional.

Without a doubt, I would do business with this company again.

For closet expertise, this is your place! John, our sales rep, made designing closets and pantries in our new home a snap....he didn't push anything we didn't want, but he listened and found the correct product lines to make the best use of space. Also, he had great ideas for our bathroom mirrors and bathroom hardware. They seem to have a lot of home items in this business. John helped us make every inch count in our closets, and how reassuring was that! We will keep this company in mind for future projects....

Cyclone Home Systems are just awesome group of people. John Desimone and Wes - each of them outstanding in their respective services. We did our bath shower doors, closets and cabinets upgrade with them.

1. John made our purchase seem so easy and patiently responded to the million questions we had in a timely fashion. He is very knowledgeable and educated us in all the products/services that they provide and gave us some great suggestions. Damn nice person to work with!
2. Wes is an outstanding technician. He pretty much did all of the ground work at our home and was very skilled and outstanding in his word delivered. He was very kind enough to clear up the place after his work.

We will recommend Cyclone to anyone looking for home system services and will definitely consider Cyclone as the first choice for our future home projects especially for John & Wes.

I have been a Cyclone Home Security system customer for over 10 years. They have always been extremely responsive to questions and needs that I have posed. Most recently I needed to speak to a tech customer service rep regarding a service light. To my surprise the owner of the company took the call....I did not know that until later in the conversation. He assisted me patiently while taking me through a re-boot of the system. Think it is impressive that the owner jumps in to maintain high customer service responsiveness which is definitely not the norm with executives.

Jan 5th 2016 - Jan 5th 2016 - After I posted my review earlier to share my displeasure, the owner of the company contacted me directly and explained what happened in my case and took personal responsibility to fix the issues. He also assigned the GM of the company to take care of the issue and within a day the tech came and took care of the issue and also did some additional work for free. The tech guy that came this time was professional, courteous and did a nice job. Now, I do believe that Cyclone is really a nice company to do business with and my earlier bad experience hopefully is just a one off situation and not the true reflection of the nature of the company.

Without hesitation, I will do more business with them going forward as they really exceeded my expectation by taking responsibility. I’ll gladly recommend them to others as well as I know for sure they take their customer feedback seriously and very customer focused.

12/10/15 - Stay away from this company as they are very unprofessional and took more than a month to install a new semi frameless shower door and took 5 visits by their folks (4 guys and new guy each time) and still not done as per the product ordered. Workman ship and quality is terrible and price is very high. They couldn't measure and order the right size for a simple bathroom. The guys who came in is complaining about the sales man and the sales man showed the catalog but ordered different style. Not worth to deal with and will never recommend them to any one.
