Unfortunately, this is the owner’s classification of a professional install. Sweep doesn’t even touch the base. Pictures speak for themselves. Poor at best. When it comes to the sale, unbelievably quick to respond. When it comes to servicing, a million excuses not to serve. You’re better off going to Kelly-Fradet.

We had two interior sliders replaced this past September. The company was very easy to work with - the owner was very professional and the installers were great! We love our doors; we can't believe how much they block outside noise, and our house is more energy efficient.

Had whole house windows and doors replaced by them a few years ago. ProVia windows and doors were the best overall value of all of the quotes we got. Half price of large brand names, good quality for the price, and included warranty is unmatched by anyone else in the industry. Friendly, knowledgeable, excellent value. Definitely recommend.

They were recommended by our contractor. We had an oversized screen door rescreened there. The people are very friendly and accommodating and knowledgeable. The price was very reasonable, and would use them in again in a heartbeat.

I have been looking to replace 30 year old Peachtree fiberglass doors with newer factory finished and more energy efficient ones, I wanted good quality doors and installation. I looked at Therma Tru at Home Depot and the better Therma Tru doors at a local millworks shop. Renewal had replaced a couple of my windows and my patio door, nice product but very expensive, so I asked them to quote the entry doors. They introduced me to the Provial line and I was impressed with the doors but the price was way too high.

I checked Provia' s website and found that Cusson Sash in Glastonbury sells and installs Provia doors. I prefer to give my business to local companies so I asked Walter to come to my house and give me a quote. I was impressed with how knowledgeable he was. His price for the Signet doors was higher than the Therma Tru Classic series but less than Renewal's price for Provia. I preferred the Provia doors, based on online research and looking at the doors.

In November I had Cusson replace the door from my family room to the garage with a fire rated Provia Heritage steel door. I was very satisfied with the quality of the door and the installation.

In January I decided to order Provia Signet fiberglass doors for the exterior entrances. The doors arrived in three weeks as Walter had told me. They were installed yesterday (Feb 14) by two crews, one for each door. I was impressed with the quality of the doors and the attention to detail of the installers.

I'm sure I could have found less expensive doors and installation, but this is a job I don't want to do again. I consider that I paid a fair price for quality doors and installation.

I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Cusson Sash.

We asked Mr. Cusson to quote and then install a replacement glider window in our Kitchen. He came to the house answered my questions about how they would install the window and sent the proposal promptly thereafter. He clarified the proposal about adding a UV protection option to the window (as the manufacturers website describes) to the Provia window he had proposed and resent the proposal. The proposal talks about workman's comp insurance and goes into good detail about what would happen if i were to cancel the order within 3 business days of placing the order. All good up to this point. I called Mr. Cusson and asked two what i thought were simple questions: 1) Can you provide proof of liability insurance before starting the job? 2) what would I be responsible for if for some reason i asked to cancel after the 3 days. He stated sure to question 1 and stated I would be responsible for the price of the window plus tax if i were to cancel after the 3 business day period. After these responses i said great! Can you please add two very short statements to the proposal detailing your responses and let's go ahead and do the job. To this point our two conversations and two e-mails had been very cordial. After I asked Mr. Cusson to add the two statements to his proposal he stated, ' i have a bad feeling about this, i withdraw my proposal". I was taken back by his statement and i asked him to please explain his position. He re-stated he had just had a bad feeling about the situation and he refused to put anything further in writing and he did not want the job. Later that day i sent him an e-mail asking that he reconsider his position and that i may be inquisitive about the terms of the contract had never reneged on a contract nor ever had an issue with anyone doing work for me in my home. Mr. Cusson's never responded to my e-mail request. All i can say is that if someone is not willing to put something as simple as my two questions in writing i won't work with them nor could i recommend them to anyone else. I was extremely disappointed in Mr. Cusson's attitude, his behavior and his unwillingness to even discuss the situation further.

My husband and I have been waiting for them to replace a window since September 1st. We went to their office and they said they will call us, few days passed by and did not receive a call. We called them back a worker came to our house took information and said that and estimate will be emailed to use in few days. When we received the email, we responded if this estimate was accurate or if there is any other fees, they didn’t respond. We called them back few days after and for some reason they needed to go to our house to take window measurements AGAIN. They said they will email us the estimate AGAIN. They did emailed us and we responded that we are ok with the price, NO ANSWER back!!!
We called them back and said they will call us Today (which I doubt)
Today is 09/25/2020 it’s been 25 days.

Just had all my windows replaced by them! They were extremely responsive from the initial quote to the installation. Everyone that works for them that I dealt with was extremely professional and the work they did was great!
