The check-in was smooth and the employee was friendly. The seats in theater 5 were questionable..... First of all, theater 5 was not clean. There was food on the floor as well as a bunch of old popcorn between the seats. Also our two seats did not recline at all. Not a very comfortable experience for a 2 hour and fifteen minute movie. Very cramped and sore. Very disappointing because we come here all the time.

Rude, petty people make bad hires because such people turn potential customers off and thus reduce revenue from repeat business. Two such employees were not only unhelpful to me, but also rude and petty, even though I had told them of my birthday. Furthermore the employee working at Cinemark's centralized customer-service call center refused to notify any manager above the general manager of the particular theater and refused to resolve the matter at hand in real time. The conduct of the two young men working at the theater had been so pathetic that I immediately returned the ticket for a refund and called the company when I was in the parking lot. It's nice to know that the movie theaters in the U.S. were doing so well after the pandemic that those companies could afford to make such bad hiring decisions.
I don't know about you, but when I am insulted at a business on my birthday, I NEVER go back.

Wish I could say we were pleased with this outing after watching Disney and Netflix the past two years. However, we were not. Movie theater is in need of seating repairs. Cost is compatible with other theaters. Food is highly overpriced. There are no deals. They have meal deal pictures on the wall, however a hotdogs is $7, with nothing else. Be prepared to spend at least $80 -90 for a family of three if you plan to eat there or eat beforehand.

my car got stolen out of the parking lot so the theatre is fine but would recommend wearing good shoes in case you have to walk home after

As a regular movie goer this is my local theater and I love her! Don’t tell my wife, but she is my mistress… and when she has hot kettle corn on tap?, Well, I’m in heaven.!!! Great theater! It’s very clean and very comfortable and the sound systems are fantastic! The D-Box experience is the same as all other Cinemark locations, awesome!

very nice theater! the seats are worn, but comfortable and convenient. love that they can be converted into a two seat couch type of setup. screen and audio were great quality; went for a concert showing and felt immersed. staff were very friendly. would definitely visit again.

Love this theater. If you have an opportunity to trial, the new D-Box seats do it! It’s like you’re in the movie! There’s also remote that allows you to choose the intensity in what you feel the motions and vibrations. Also, you can tell that the seats are newly installed.

The food is always fresh and yummy. The staff is great as well.

Cinemark North Haven XD offers comfy seating, big screens, and solid sound quality. The XD experience is great, though ticket and snack prices are high. Cleanliness is good, but seatings I can’t really say that i like them
