Been going to Bunce for a few years now, ever since we moved into the area. Was recommended to me by a friend who owns Lake Tapps Landscaping, so I figured if they're trusted by a professional landscaping business, I'll give them a shot. I've tried a few others in the region with mixed experiences. The guys at Bunce are great and the equipment is always in quality shape. I haven't had anything but 100% satisfaction, highly recommend!

Brandon and Jason at this location will make it so easy to get the equipment you need. Brandon went out of his way to get a flatbed truck transferred in less than 2days so I wouldn’t have to go to another shop to pick it up. These guys are great!

Use to love to go to these guys and rent but not anymore, twice i have rented a power rake and it has broken down half hour into using it. This time the CSR tried to tell me it was because the grass was wet from the rain it damages the machine and would not give me extra time to replace having to bring machine back and swapping out. Go to the HOME DEPOT it is half the price.

So, the wheel fell off my brush hog at the bottom of a hill(a retaining clip broke, understandable wear and tear on a heavy use machine). I thought this was the begining of a very bad experience. The girlfriend and I fought to get it to flat ground, did a field repair, dragged it further up the hill through the field to get it in my truck and take it back. I arrived prepared for a fight. I assumed I'd be blamed and not only charged for the rental, but that they'd want to charge me for repairs. Man was I wrong.
They apologized for the inconvenience, clearly felt bad I had to fight the machine and made it clear that when something like that happens in the future they will come out and fix it for me, or get another one to me. They also gave me a full refund. Real stand up guys, I will return here for everything I need.

(UPDATE: The MGR. took care of me and refunded my money 100% will be happy to come back )......not happy about a core drill I rented for $132 ... didn't have a working clutch to relieve spin when it binds, nearly rips yur arms off. going in Monday to get a refund I hope. had to hire a pro who only charged $99 to core drill hole

This Bunce location is very accomodating to our business needs! Jim, the Assistant Manager, is always very professional, helpful, and friendly. He explains the equipment and everything that needs to be known about it to us. I enjoy doing business with him 🙂

Best Bunce in the area! We rent at all Pierce county Bunce locations. This one is by FAR the best. They always have our equipment ready when we arrive. We rarely have to wait at this location. Love it! Service at it's BEST
