What a great little place! The staff was welcoming, the atmosphere is rustic and casual. No waiting in line for food and beverages here, table side service! Yeah! The beer is great, food was excellent! We will definitely be back!

This brewery is such a gem in Connecticut! It’s been voted by the CT Brewer’s Guild for best food at a brewery and oh my gosh I can see why! Here’s what to get:

+ the buttermilk chicken melt
+ the pretzel
+ kimchi arranci
+ buffalo dip eggrolls

There’s actually some super cool history about this place! Way back in the day it used to be train station for hauling lumber. The train still passes but never stops. Prior to be being a brewery it was an abandoned bike shop.

The brewmaster and owner has an extensive background in aerospace engineering. If you order a flight, I definitely recommend:
+ pale blue dot
+ axion
+ nimbus
+ courage
They had a nice selection ranging from IPA’s to stouts!

12/10 recommend visiting this tasty trackside brewery!

Weekend brunch specials Saturday and Sunday until 3pm. Breakfast Smashburger was banging upgrade to side salad with spinach.
Great tasting variety of beer. Try the Drift, cold IPA.

Whoa! This place knocked it out of the park. Happened upon it when we were at the bakery next door (also amazing). The staff were nice and the restaurant had a great vibe.
We saw hush puppies on the menu and, being proper Southerners, had to see if they were worthy.
⭐️Some of the best hush puppies either of us has ever had! Blown away by them. ⭐️
The beer was fantastic too. I had a flight and was especially pleased with how smooth the double IPA was.
This place is saved in my go-to places now, we’ll definitely be coming back.

This is one of my favorite places. It’s a unique vibe and it’s right in the center of quaint Bethel.

We went later in the afternoon and sat outside. It was nice. I tried the farmhouse sour and the pineapple sour as well. The pictured drink with the fruit in it is their white sangria. The sangria was my favorite. (Sorry! I know it’s a brewery.)

The sours were good, just I am truly a wine drinker at heart.

The fries were good. Could have been a little crispier for me. Smoke sauce is yummy. The ranch is missing a little bit of flavor personally.

The service was great throughout the visit except when we asked for our check. We asked two different people for our check and it took over a half hour to get it. A little frustrating, but everyone is short staffed so we just remained patient.

We will definitely be back!

My wife and I had a fantastic little brunch here. The burrito was phenomenal and I highly recommend it! Solid beer options and the pumpkin cider was surprisingly good. great outdoor atmosphere, it's just too bad pets are no longer allowed! Either way get spot to hang out right near the center of Bethel.

They have a crazy flight sampler where you can pick 9 different beers . Yes please. Food was great and also dog friendly but only in the small front area by the parking lot and not the main patio area where it's more shaded.

Great gastropub. Small inside, but bright and open, even get to watch the trains pass by. Nice selection of beers. We are partial to IPA’s which were very good but tried a flight and they were all good. The food was fresh and full of flavor. Guacamole and queso were spot on delicious, as were our main brunch dishes. Quesadilla was a little too charred (that side was served down on the plate and noticed when I took the first bite). Will definitely be back.
