Took me by my appt 16.45. They got a large parking lot, if you need to buy something from city, you can ask them to drop your trailer and do your store shopping.

I've been here a couple times and each time was the same. I'm sure they remember who I am but maybe not. Bear with me please.... Firstly I will say my co-driver and I arrived on time with a 10:30am appointment and It was my clock to drive. The lady asked for us to fill out the paper at the window which asks for load number, company name, and your name. NOTE if you're team driving your codriver has to put their information as well. They may ask for you license btw. after initial arrival we were told to wait and would be given the typical phone call when a door became available. The problems for us started after waiting for 1-2 hours for the door. It took me every trick in the book that i knew to obtain a legal weight and it didn't work, mind you I've been driving for a couple years and was also a warehouse worker so I'm not new to this, we went back to Borton fruit and forced them to comply as they refused. It took me calling the broker to have him talk to the ladies, them kicking us out of the office and saying "we are not going to help you, not our problem", an phone call to upper management and a cross your fingers hopeful for a response email to the appropriate official, just for them to unload 3 whole pallets. This has happened every time I've been here. I started with a fresh clock and by the end of the ordeal I had to PC to the truck stop because they were closing. WASTED AN ENTIRE DAY FOR THIS LOAD. DO NOT COME HERE! YOU WILL WASTE SO MUCH TIME AND MONEY. NOT TO MENTION THEY KNOW WHAT LEGAL WEIGHT IS FOR CMV'S

Figures. They take their time getting around to unloading so I go to bed. About 5 minutes after I fall asleep I'm woken up for something stupid. You're incapable of taking off e track bars and setting them aside? Ridiculous.

I want everyone to know how horrible this place treats the drivers who are picking up their fruit and delivering it. This place does not care about the drivers that are hired to deliver their products, now with that being said, as a driver's wife I'm completely discussed at how the truck drivers are treated here, my husband had a pick-up time of 11 pm on 04/ 15/24 at 1 am there has been no contact from the warehouse. Now as long as the office was open there was a bathroom but once it closed there were no restrooms for any of the 10 trucks that were out here waiting with us. There was nowhere for the truck drivers or their passengers to eat or shower or bathroom so we had no choice but to sit in the parking lot of your warehouse all night it wasn't until my husband called your office after yall opened back up that we got a door to get loaded, this is inhumane and uncalled for you don't do humans this way especially people you want to take care of your loads and get it to your delivery place, how dare yall treat people this way and what's worse is yall have been notified time and time again and you haven't changed a thing so I tell yall what I'm gonna do I'm gonna first bless your little hearts then I'm gonna make so much noise with the governors of your state and then the states you are delivering to and then all the stores that buy from yall. I'm gonna tell everyone how horrible you treat people that work for yall that no one will want to buy from yall, if you treat the drivers this bad how bad do you treat your warehouse employees? I bet they have a lot to say too!!!! Yall should not ever treat anyone this bad. I see your perfect pictures on Facebook and your website of family and friends andblahablahablaha but that is a joke yall don't care about anyone only the money that you make and you don't make it all the little people that slave for you make that money only they don't see any of it because yall are a horrible company and I promise I will change the laws and companies like this will not be able to treat people especially the truck drivers this way anymore I will make sure all these companies have to compensate the truck drivers for their time ( hours spent in your parking lot with no restrooms or ways to get a meal). We were here early hoping to get loaded early and if we didn't that was fine but we were here about 4 hours early, and should have started being loaded at 11 pm our appointment time but with 13 docks and yall were only loading 2 trucks at a time and we didn't start getting loaded until 830 am the next morning 9 and a half hours after our appointment time, with the state of the art equipment yall have in this warehouse you have the capability to load more than 2 or 3 trucks at a time but you dont. So with that being said yall owe us and all the other drivers that yall have had sitting in your parking lot waiting to be loaded hours after their appointment times a lot of compensation, I am sure the other drivers will let you know their wages for sitting and waiting for yall to do your jobs but for now here is my husband's wages for wasting his time and making sure he was late for his next job. So $250 a hour starting 2 hours after our appointment time so that is a total of $1750.00 we are owed for your tardiness. Please note I won't stop making lots of noise until this company and all the others like yours pay these drivers for their time yall are wasting and for the next jobs they are not getting because yall are neglectful and tardy in your own business.
Please understand I'm a responsible person but when you mess with my family and my fellow trucker's livelihoods then that's where my reasoning ends. Please change your policies and remember these are people's lives that I am willing to fight for if you're willing to hurt them the way your company is now!!! Please don't ignore I won't go away!!
