You can reach me at the telephone number that I left with Chuck if you would like to speak... At this point, Mike in Parts Department, and Norm and Chuck in Sales Department have my phone number. Chuck said he will call me today (24 May 2021). Based on my previous experience, I do not believe that anyone from the dealership will call. But I sit here with anticipation. They did not call. I again had to initiate the contact but they did get me the zero turn mower I wanted. So I upgraded the rating a bit. Still waiting on the field mower. Let’s see if they call.

I am 75 years old and have 2+ acres west of Yakima. In 2019 I purchased a compact tractor (BX2380) mower from Blueline. I have had my share of headaches with this equipment but primarily attribute the most pain with trying to deal with this company when something goes bad. I have had two major problems in the 3 years of dealing with Bluline and believe that the majority of headaches could have been avoided with better communication and better management. No such thing as ready when promised or quality checks or ...

They are artists at ripping people off...I own a business in Yakima and they gave me a loaner that cost me 9 hours of work because it didn’t run. They were suppose to fix my machine and have it done in 2 days...I came to get it and they hadn’t even touched it yet. It took them over a week...long story short they put a $129.00 part in my kubbota and charged me over $800.00 in labor with 0 compensation for time lost for my work as a result of they’re faulty equipment...I changed THE SAME PART MY SELF and the total time was 30 min...DO NOT DEAL WITH THAT COMPANY...THEY ARE SHYSTERS.

Poor customer service, parts people lack experience, not professional environment. Reliable source spoke of how they change serial plates on farm equipment to charge customers more money for older units.
