Recently, I had new windows installed in my home. I have always dreaded ordeals like this - because of the inconvenience, because of the mess left behind, because of the miscommunication, and because I always ended up feeling that I had to pay for things I wasn't told about ahead of time, or things I didn't order.

This experience was nothing like that. Bendan O'Connell and Maurice Atwell, both with Augusta Sash & Door, spent time with me discussing my options, discussing price, and discussing a time schedule.

From the delivery of the windows, until the last of the cleanup was completed, they made sure that I was aware of what was going on and what I could expect. It had to have been a messy job, as some of the window sets were very large. The team that was at my house, led by Dylan Sutton, moved all of my dining room furniture and other furniture out of the rooms involved.
When I came home that day, the newly installed windows were more perfect than I had even imagined. And even more surprising, all of the mess I had been worried about was totally gone, no trace of it, and all of my rugs and furniture were back exactly where they had come from. The rooms that had been involved in the removal of the old windows, and installation of the new windows, were cleaner than I had even left them.

All of this to say, that I had a truly awesome experience with Brendan, Maurice, and their team of men at Augusta Sash & Door. This company stands far ahead of any other in terms of outside installations and service.

I highly recommend Brendan, Maurice and their team at Augusta Sash & Door to anyone needing new windows and doors!!!!

Brendan and Maurice were awesome. I got them to install double doors for my front door and French doors for my office. They came out when they said they were and they knocked it out. The doors are beautiful. I would 100% recommend them for all windows and door installations.

I called this afternoon about having a new fiberglass front door & storm door installed and 2 installers were at my house in 2 hours!! They measured, gave me a quote & they were able to schedule me for a week from tomorrow! Very professional.. I’m impressed!

Home Depot wanted to charge me over 1000 dollars for a whole new door unit, which included a 100 dollar fee to measure the door. I said no thanks and got a refund. Went to Howard Lumber and they gave me a sheet which showed me how to measure, and to write the measurements on. In other words, they don't charge you to measure your door, they show you how and allow you to do it yourself, saving you money in the end. They then ordered me a door to replace my old one. The door fit perfectly, and I spent around 200 dollars for a brand new door. I saved 800 dollars and couldn't be happier. Augusta Sash and Door are the ones that fulfilled the order. I spoke to several people over the course of doing business and all were helpful and courteous.

Called this place to get some commercial windows fitted and was given the run around.. final got someone to work with and sent pictures they said they would get back to me.. never did.. called a couple of times and left messages and not one call back.. so now Im going to another company.

Can't understand what's going on here. I went to get some supplies but these guys don't take cash.and I didn't have my card on me. A lost of 2 hours in travel time and gas.
