These apartments has really changed in the two years I’ve lived here. The shooting at night is getting worse and sounds very close…….it’s also so much trash on the grounds and in the hallways and the buildings need to a good power wash, I also have had a package stolen from in front of my door, when I moved here two years ago I never had to concern myself with rather my packages will be stolen. It’s also very unfortunate that the manager passed away she was a very sweet and helpful woman. Nonetheless I am thankful to have a roof over my head because I know things could be so much worse.

Oh this is phase 2 apartments I’m in the first phase apartments:)

God is always good 😊 since I wrote this review there has been some great changes starting with power washing, and the trash is coming along a lot better, new management seems to be coming along nicely as well:) won’t He do it thank you Jesus🙌🏾

Brand new apartment complex with a property manager who is no nonsense and cares about keeping the grounds clean and well maintained. Quality construction with plenty of storage, large bedrooms and bathrooms and a well lit parking lot at night. Close to downtown and convenient to all shopping and restaurants.

Nice looking apts but really not affordable if you're the only one paying the rent and don't have any housing assistance..getting out of the apts into traffic will be a pain in the neck..

Been trying to reach out to office to see what’s available and get more information on leasing and I can never get anyone on the phones I’ve even went up there to office durning business hours and the doors were locked ! Don’t understand how they leasing but not available to talk to anymore before putting in application. VERY unprofessional but likely for these type of apartments.

Apartments are very nice. The property manager is rude and hateful . She is definitely not a good fit for the environment. The professionalism is not there. All the other employees I spoke with was nice.
