Dale helped me re align my frame on an old specialized bike as a learning experience out of the kindness of his heart
Then, last week, my frame broke and stopped over to see what he had for sale and basically blessed me for a very reasonable price . He has knowledge and will go out if his way to help. I appreciate using his shop from now on.
Thanks Dale!!!

I have taken my Azub Ti-Fly there two times. The first time I called Dale he just said bring it in and he would work on it. I went up the next day and he took care of it immediately. He provided great service with no waiting. He was even willing to help me get my trike back on the rack after he finished working on the trike.
My second call to him was for two new front tires. He didn’t have them in stock but said they would be in the next day and he would call me. He did call when the tired came in and held them till I could get there the next day . He put them on and aligned my front end while I waited. Great service.

Dale is the greatest! He took so much time explaining his recumbent trikes to me, even though I am from out of town and unlikely to be able to purchase from him. I think I convinced him to rent one to me next time I’m in town. Just a great experience.

Dale is such a friendly fellow and quite willing to negotiate. I recently traded my old Trek 7700 in at Dale's shop and got a used Sun Seeker recumbent, which I am enjoying immensely. I've had the Sun Seeker about two weeks and have put over 120 miles on it.

Don't let the eccentric appearance of the inside of the shop put you off. I don't know if Dale was rearranging the place but things were kind of tossed helter skelter. No matter, chatting with Dale will put you at ease.

I am more than satisfied with my transaction with Dale and would recommend his shop to anyone.

I looked inside and the place looked worse than an episode of hoarders. The guy was working on a bike outside and got me the tube I needed but I could not even walk in the store because there was so much stuff stacked up everywhere. The guy was nice and got me what I needed but I will not be back.

Dale is awesome. Set up our new Tricycles today, helped a ton of good people as he was doing it. I'd send family and friends to him without hesitation.

A.L.C. was a lifesaver to me and my son, who had shipped our bikes to a different, nearby bike shop to only have that shop close the day and day after we were supposed to pick up our bikes. So, as we were now homeless for a couple days, Dale let us hang out with him. When we finally got our bikes out of the other shop, Dale got them fixed and adjusted correctly, made adjustments to my son's handlebar angles, etc. that TREMENDOUSLY improved his comfort when riding on our tour.
Dale is an absolute stud, cares for his community, and knows bikes up and down, in and out. It was a pleasure talking with him, and I can't say enough about the care he took for us and our bikes. If I'm ever needing anything bike-related in the Seattle area again, there's no question where I'm going.
Thanks, Dale, and we made it to California!!

Dale was so kind and professional. He provided excellent recommendations to addressing two used bike that I brought in and had them fixed and tuned up the next day. I can't say enough great things about my experience with this business. Thank you and it is so wonderful to have this service and bike retails so close to White Center.
