Staff was great. Right before the receiving doors there is a area to turn your truck around. So you can back up into the receiving doors. They were able to get me in before my appointment time and out really quick, I don’t know if that is normal since this is my first time picking up at this place!

Appointment time only. No early door. But you can wait in lot if there's space. Once in the dock pretty quick loading.

If you're dry van, park in gravel lot @ entrance to facility, then walk to back dock to shipping/receiving door. Space is pretty tight back there, don't recommend nosing your truck back there 😅😅 Had 1730 appt, showed up around 1645. Got me on a dock right away, had paperwork in hand and sealed trailer by about 1745. Didn't catch his name, but the employee I dealt with was super friendly, and got me loaded and on the road quick. No complaints!

If your load is ready, they will load you before your appointment. If not, you will have to wait for your appointment. The staff was pleasant.

I never seen such bad facility ever. Checked in at 11 am and waited until 7 pm, I had only 3 trucks in front of me. But they let go first whoever came after. Still I was calm. And then when came my turn they start to complain to my trailer. My Trailer brand new and perfectly clean. I have no idea what’s wrong. Later one of employee told us to come back at 10:30 pm. I was there already at 10:13, but unfortunately they just decided to lock the door from inside and just ignore me. They make me stay there until next day and after 24 hours they just reject my load. I have no words to say. I feel very bad. I will never come back here. I guess here was problem only that I am Asian. Because I don’t see other issues.

Very small narrow docking area but the dock is definitely not difficult to do, and the dock manager was a really nice kid named Jeff if memory serves me correctly LOL!! I arrived several hours early , he informed me that he had three trucks ahead of me but they weren't here so he'd load me 6 hours early!! All in all a smooth operation.
