Have been with Pacer for 5+ years and have had a great experience up until today. We are on the automatic schedule system and are running low, 10%. With the cold weather this is concerning and has never been an issue in the past. Rain or snow Pacer has kept our tank filled and are great people. Called today to see when we were on the schedule and from the start Ashley was rude and seemed annoyed that I even called. Gave my address and explained the situation and she looked up the info to see when we were on the schedule. Couldn’t tell me when, said it could be this week or sometime next week. With the frigid temps this is unacceptable and there was NO sense of urgency or empathy that this is our sole source of heat for our home. Very frustrated and sad to see the new front office customer service reps treat loyal customers like this. Has ruined my view of Pacer and what once was a company that valued their customers.

Update 12/6/24 - Kyle reached out and inquired about the experience that I had with the front end staff. Had a great conversation and he confirmed that we were on the schedule for Friday, which should have been communicated when I called earlier in the week. This was great to hear and the level of customer service from Kyle was in line with what we have experienced in the past and why we continue to remain loyal customers. He also said that he would look into placing a digital meter on the tank to prevent the tank from getting so low in the future. Really appreciated the phone conversation and came home to a full tank. Thank you Pacer for the conversation and prioritizing the customer experience. Updating my original review of 1 star to a 5 stars given the level of care and follow through. Water under the bridge and look forward to remaining a loyal customer.

I have been getting my RV propane tanks filled here for years. Pacer always has a very competitive price. I also very much appreciate an employee there who fills my tanks named Norm. He is always very friendly and courteous, and talking with him just makes my day a little better.

Many thanks to Marcos for his heroic efforts to make it up my snow and ice covered driveway so that I could once again have heat in my house! He made multiple runs in reverse up my steep driveway until he could get close enough to the tank to fill it. Incredible customer service. Thank you Marcos!!
