Went to NAPA to located a 25 AMP micro fuse. Dusty looked on the showroom floor and then took the time to look in the back. He spent a while trying to located the fuse for me. He eventually looked the item which only cost $3.99. Dusty did an amazing job ensuring I had the correct fuse and was friendly and positive! Keep this guy...Great customer service! Thanks Dusty!!

The staff is the best thing about this place. They help you and never try to up sell on anything. I went in and told them what I wanted, and they sold exactly what I asked for. I have been to some other stores that would have tried to up sell me.

Got a Ford 300 short block done by joe. After assembling everything it’s apparent that he does amazing work and really knows his stuff. Very precise work and all for a great price. Highly recommend his services for any automotive machining you may need done.

Spent a lot of time with this place without them being able to help me. I spent 15 minutes on hold never talking to a human this morning, so decided to go in in person. There was an old man sort of standing in line, but after a while he started to look around the store. I never intended to cut him, but the cashier acted weird about it and practically shouted for the old man to come up who was now near the back of the store, not that it's super big or anything. Idk...guess I'm old fashioned and think you should actually stand in line to be in it. I get he was old, but what you can't see by looking at me is that I was hit by a truck last year and my foot always hurts, so yeah standing in line is hard for me, too, but until I look 60+ I will have to deal with everyone acting like I'm perfectly healthy without knowing thing one about me. She also was more concerned with putting stuff away and answering phones than helping people in the store, which I found odd considering I couldn't get anyone on the phone this morning. Wasted a half hour of my life. Another employee started to notice her snotty attitude and cheerfully "helped" us, but they still couldn't actually help us. Go somewhere less busy they really aren't that special don't get why everyone in town is all about them. Pretty sure the old man could tell we had a quick question which is why he politely stepped out of line for us.

This was a great place until the remodel, or owner change. Almost all the employees except for the older one or two left are horrible. Everytime since the prices have gone up, and your parts are never in when they tell you they will be in. Don't ever count on the " we will call you when it's in." It never happens. If you want people that know what's going on with your order, when you parts will be ready for pickup and a great ran store, do not go here.

I came in browsing the air fresheners. While trying to find a new scent for my car, the young employee, who was stocking the front shouts to me, "I'm going to have to ask you to not open the product!" Immediately shocked, I explained that there was a scratch and sniff label on the front, and I wanted to choose the proper scent. The kid then goes somewhere in the back, while I'm taking my items to the counter. He comes back with what I assume who is the manager, and accuses me "I saw him crouch down, I think it's in his left pocket." They cashier voids my purchase, while the two of them are hassling me, assuming I have shoplifted. I was the only customer in the store. I emptied my pockets to prove my innocence. They then threatened to call the police if I would not leave the property. I feel I was profiled.
