Six months ago I had low air pressure light. Told tech to put in 35psi. Drove around another 20 miles till I got home, light was still on. Checked pressure all four tires were at 27 psi, put air in myself and light stayed gone. Gave them a second chance by having the wife take her car in for new tires. The tires clearly have the words inside and outside printed on sidewalls in big letters. They put two out of the four tires on backwards, took it back over they fixed the issue no problem. I will no longer be giving my money to this business and if you do check their work cause clearly the workers are not getting properly trained or just don’t care enough. Getting harder to find shops that truly care about the customers and the quality of work they provide.

Crue was great to work with. Very professional on the phone, and down to business with a great attitude. I called Friday, and he ordered a set of new HCM drive tires and a couple super singles for my dump and pup. They wasted no time, got me right in and out, so I get my loads hauled.
I appreciate your service, Les Schwab in the dalles.

Last time i was here, as a walk-in, they told me it would be a three hour wait. No problem, i sayd, i'll be back in two hours. No problem.
Two hours later, "Now you'll have to wait 5-6 hours." That's absolutely not how math or time or customer service work.

I was out on a drive to go on a hike with my dog and got a flat. I put my spare on and took the car to Les Schwab. I was greeted as I pulled in by Spencer. He noticed I had a spare on, I explained the situation and he was quick to act. They repaired my tire and put it back on for me. Thank you for making a stressful situation turn out okay. 👍🏼

Brakes were malfunctioning on our Ford Transit 150.
Thought it would take forever to get in for an appointment and that it would cost a fortune.
Called early in the morning and Joe got us in within an hour and had it fixed by lunch with a very reasonable cost for all the work performed.
Would highly recommend these guys for their professionalism,knowledge,and super friendly service!

They were super nice. The motor home i had just bought had a bad alternator so my battery was dead, it was getting late in the day and i still had a couple hundred miles to go. Since the battery was so dead they weren't sure if it was because it was no good or because it just got that drained. Typically a place like that will right away tell you your battery is no good and you need a new one. Instead, they took the time to check it out more and make sure it was charging. He recommended i leave it overnight to make sure it got a full charge and if i lived in town i would have, but i was very impressed with their customer service. Thanks guys 🙂

I took my car in for a front end alignment following having new front brakes done and drifting to the right when I take my hands off the wheel. I gave Les Schwab $119 fir the front end alignment, and discussed new rear tires and a rear alignment later this summer. Coming home, as soon as I got out of town, the exact same drift to the right was still there. I called them expecting them to take a look and fix the problem, but they refused, Mark, the guy who aligned it, said maybe it needed tires rotated or maybe cam kits and if I wanted to throw more money at it, he could take a couple hours and fix it. I hung up on that misaligned human. This is the 2nd time the Kes Schwab in The Dalles has behaved as a parasitic predator, not my trusted tire center anymore. Shame on them!!!
